One of the most powerful tools you can use to your advantage is understanding your mind and how powerful it is.

2. WORK ETHIC

If you posses a strong passion for dance and determination to improve, you will develop a strong work ethic. But what else is possible?

3. NUTRITION

As a dancer it is imperative to know how to re-fuel your body. Putting forth the effort with help you feel and dance your best. 

4. INJURY PREVENTION

Learn the anatomy of your body in order to best apply your corrections and become less injury prone. This is key!

5. CROSS TRAINING

Understand how different methods of cross-training can maximize your strength and power, and how you can come back from injuries stronger than ever!
