I will guide you through the process and help you come up with a plan that works for you. Finding strength both physically and emotionally can be liberating. Five Point Fit
Andrea has taken her ideas of how to integrate injury prevention into technique classes by creating a class called Technique Integration. She has also created a class called Five Point Fit in order to keep dancers strong and bring more Cross Training into each week of training. She helps each dancer find individual body awareness as they learn correct form and proper execution of their training.
