CORINNE HAAS: Mindfulness For Dancers Series

Through her absolute passion and joy of working with the subtle “unseen” energy of the body, Corinne guides her clients to look inward for their healing. She empowers them to create from a space of vibrancy and balance, which inspires a natural flow and ease for their lives. For over ten years, she has had her own private practice, Transformational Coaching for Women, working with all types of individuals on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues. She uses a combination of her extensive studies and training as a professional dancer, life coach, reiki master, intuitive, and healer to help shift anything that is ready to be released. In her free time, alongside being a mom, she is an avid learner and is always engaged in a course or study within the healing arts, which help to keep her daily kundalini breathwork and meditation practice strong. As a former dancer with Alonzo King LINES Ballet, she has brought a unique approach to a dancer’s well-being and artistry through her Mindfulness for Dancers Series: book, videos, and teaching syllabus. She invites dancers to begin the journey of the intuitive and engage with the natural energy system of the body, as it holds the gateway to a healthier, happier, and more grounded experience of yourself and life as a dancer. Each month, Corinne offers a few discounted sessions for dancers and instructors to talk with her about anything!
